The Scientific Meeting

The scientific meeting is open to all members. Papers may be presented by members of the Society and by non-members, if sponsored by a Founding or Ordinary Member of the Society. Nurse members may sponsor nursing abstracts.

Scientific Meeting Format

The scientific programme comprises as fixed parts:

• Plenary sessions
• Guest lectures
• Committee/group sessions
• Free and proffered paper sessions

The Board may call for additional scientific and other special meetings by the Society itself, or in co-sponsorship with other organisations, public or private, in such manner and format as they deem appropriate to the pursuit and advancement of the purposes of the Society.
