The Nominating Committee

The Society has a Nominating Committee to propose candidates for President, Secretary General and Treasurer.
The Committee consists of the current Board officers plus the President of each of the continental sub-groups.
Candidates may be nominated by members of the Society to this committee; in the event of no nominations being received from the body of the Society, it will be the duty of the Nominating Committee to propose a short list of
candidates to be considered for office within the Society. The candidates will be contacted by the Nominating Committee to ensure that in the event of their being elected they will be willing to accept the post. Election will take
place by a postal ballot and will be decided by a simple majority of votes.

The Secretary General of the Society will act as the chairman of the Nominating Committee
